Why am I not receiving lives even when I’ve sent requests?

I’ve sent requests for lives but do not receive any. Is there some issue?

    Hello, @IreneK! 🙂
    Based on my own experience and the number of complaints I have seen over the last year, there does seem to be a problem with the send/ask for a life feature. Unfortunately, while I believe King is aware of the problem, there has been no official response on the matter, so it is impossible to know for sure if they are working on improving the feature.
