I'm unable to synchronise my devices!

Level 1
I have reached 4150 which appeared to be the last level. New levels have now been added but I'm unable to synchronise my devices, so that on one device I am now 10 levels further on and am unable to progress on the other device. I understand that the updates may not happen at the same time on different systems but this been nearly a week now. Is there a way in which I can make the update synchronisation work?

@elainehall3Hi thereI would still update it again and clear the cache.I will pass it on to @Elsa & @beartwithme.They can definitely tell you something more specific.

Thanks for tagging me @Spinnifix. Hi @elainehall3, welcome to our community! I'm not sure how Soda works because I am not that high up in the game yet. I know with Saga the mobile is always behind the computer because Apple and Android have to approve the levels. Maybe we should tag @QueenB who is the community manager and she might have a better answer for us.
