I'm unable to synchronise my devices!

I have reached 4150 which appeared to be the last level. New levels have now been added but I'm unable to synchronise  my devices, so that on one device I am now 10 levels further on and am unable to progress on the other device. I understand that the updates may not happen at the same time on different systems but this been nearly a week now. Is there a way in which I can make the update synchronisation work?
