Game is “hanging”

Cant play the game. I have a picture of fat fish on screen. Tried force shutting the game, relogging, deleting and downloading the game but its the same for the second dau and cant do nothing;/ also when i reinstaled the game and loged via facebook my daily biosters were reset;/ please help

Hi, tried restarting phone, still the same. Candy crush jelly works well on my phone. Phone is iphone Pro. Also game is up to date

I need to know which device you are playing the game on. Is it an Apple or an Android device?
You mentioned that you have already tried reinstalling the game app and that is the reason you lost your Boosters as these are items that doesn't get backed up like your game progress and Gold Bars do but saved on the device you received them on.
When deleting the game app, the Boosters gets deleted as well.
Since the reinstall did not help, I will also need the Game App version you have installed and the details of the device such as the make, model and operating system.
