I am very sorry to hear bout the issue in your game!! If the "Reinstallation" step also did not work for you, I am thinking that your device might not have enough storage space in your device memory!! Because all the King require minimum 2 GB free space to work & perform properly!!
Check if you can delete any not needed Apps, pictures, etc., and free up some space!
