Candy Crush Soda Saga WON'T let me PLAY!

So... I am on level 880- and I am using the game through Facebook via my laptop on Safari. I have cleared the cache and every other suggestion I could find as to solve my problem. The problem is that after it loads and I get to my level it won't let me into that level or progress to the next one. All the characters are moving and things are still sparkling (all the animation is FULLY functioning) just when it comes to PLAYING the game it won't let me. What are some other things that I can do to resolve this issue PRONTO!?
