Iv just brought a pack for 16.99 it's not added but took the money out of my account,and saying no internet connection,its been saying that for a week! So what's happening?

1) You are saying that you are seeing the "No Internet" message from about a week! So, when did you purchase the package?

2) Usually, if there is no connection, then purchase won't go through! Hence, I would like to make sure about it;
