Connection problem

I need your assistance.

Yesterday I connected my new tablet with king to share my progress on both devices.

I had to create a new password, because I forgot it.

Now I can't sign in on my phone.

The message is: Connection failed. Please try again.

Hope everything is explained well, because I am German ;-)

In fact, if you change your Facebook or Kingdom password without logging out the game, the game app will be corrupted. There are several different reasons, that you may have this problem. Sorry, but after uninstall candy crush and farm heroes app and install both new the same error message comes up....

What else can I do?

I finally got it now. After a while I tried again and it worked.
