Progress lost

I ended up with a new Facebook page, don’t know how and my progress is lost, 5 years lost, upset,?i know it must be somewhere, either in old grace book or in cloud, help

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your level progress in your game!

If you are playing on a mobile device, please make sure that you are logged into the game. If you are logged in and still you are finding yourself at level # 1, please follow this link (click on green fonts) ---> "Restore Your LEVEL Progress"

NOTE: Since you have already saved your game before through Facebook account, follow the suggestions in "Problems with retrieving Saved game"
