I was at around level 1490 and I saved my progress and I have gone back to level 260.

I'm sorry it happened. Please play the level again and complete it. Then please update your game and clear the cache. Then it should work again.

Hello @Elsie122 - if what my friend @Spinnifix has recommended still doesn't fix the problem - then you will need to contact Player Support. Since you have saved your progress (either through FB or King.Com) they shouldn't have a problem restoring your progress.

You can contact Player Support directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:

- Open the game app

- Select the cogwheel

- Tap on the? mark

- Tap on "I need help with lost progress"

- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"

If you are playing on a PC you can just click on the Contact Us link on the bottom of this page.

Make sure when you fill out the form you clearly state that you have lost your progress. There isn't a specific subcategory for this so you will have to explain in the comment area.
