Lost levels and boosters

Yesterday when I played I was on day 274 and had 15 of each booster. Logged in just now and I'm down to day 38 and lost all boosters. Already followed directions fromhttps://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/247838/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep-your-game-saved#latest and it didn't work. How do I get my level and boosters back as I bought alot of them

If you play on an app, please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it. Good luck
