Losing all extras

I lost all extra features and the screen background has changed completely. No race no Mr Toffee Fair ,no rewards in fact no nothing.

Hi @neslihan welcome to the community. Do you have the most up to date game and have you tried clearing your catche. This should work. Also you may want to see if you have enough storage on your device.
