I didn't get my boosters again or vsrscsnd purchase 21.99. I had problems for two years and never a response......I have up on all others but I'm very ill and I have no money and I had to borrow my food money just to pay for these games cuz it's all I have don't have television I don't have anything I have my test results in 20 days to find out if I'm going to live or die and I don't understand why no one not answering me.... Please could get my $11.99 from soda Crush I didn't get my bars I got some but not all I was missing about 20 and I didn't get my boosters or my one hour of free boosters but then again I didn't check so maybe I did get the one hour I don't want to be Miss taken so if I didn't check about the one hour of boosters than that's my problem... But I do know I did not get my bars and that's a guarantee and I did not get my boosters please I've been waiting two years for a response and no one's done anything I've lost so much money and I don't even have government assistance and I'm terrified can I at least get my boosters back and maybe the twenty bars I'm missing that's all I don't even care about everything else that was missing from the past it's water under the bridge too much stress for me right now please help me.....

    To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

    If you play on an app, please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it.

    Sometimes there might be issues when making an in-game purchase. Don’t worry, we can help you fix the problem!

    A purchase issue can be caused for very different reasons. In the lines below you can see different scenarios that might be triggering the problem in your transaction.

    Transactions are usually delivered instantly, but occasionally, it might take a bit longer.

    When there is a delay, the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same item again - it should arrive soon.


    In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com
    • Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data
    • Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

    After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete.


    If you only received some of the items you purchased:

    Contact us here to help us get your missing items back.

    Pssst. Remember to use the email address associated with your game when filling the contact details! So we can locate you faster. 


    If you didn't receive any of the items you purchased. Then asking for a full refund would be your best choice. Select where you are playing on:

    Thanks for all the information. But no matter where I go either it be tech help, or the contact us button inside, it King.vom.....nothing! I even called Google play and told me to file a report but I feel horrible doing that, so didn't.....but not one developer got back to me
