Hi @birdie2121 If I understand you correctly, you made a purchase but didn’t receive it? I am sorry you have this issue. We do not handle lost purchases here in the Community but Player Support does so you need to get in touch with them.
You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below the page. If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
- Open the game app
- Tap on the? mark
- Tap on Purchase and Gold Bars
- Scroll down to the bottom and hit "Contact Us"
