I was just about to win this level and my screen froze. I’m so irritated! Can you mark the level completed for me?

    I'm sorry you have this problem. I would suggest that you turn off your device for 10-15 minutes and then update it and clear the cache. If this problem continues, you will have to uninstall - install - update - clear your game. Note: With a deinstalation, all boosters and lives can be lost because it does not save your device.

    There may be problems if your device is running slow. If an app installed on your Android device is crashing, or won't open, respond, or work properly, try the troubleshooting steps below. 

    After trying each, check whether it fixed your issue.

    System updates can bring improvements that could fix your issue.To check for and install system updates:

    Open your device's Settings app Settings app.

    Near the bottom, tap System and then Advanced and then System update. If needed, first tap About phone or About tablet.

    App updates can bring improvements that could fix your issue.

    To see and get updates for your apps:

    Open your device's Play Store app Google Play.

    Tap Menu Menu and then My apps & games.

    Apps with available updates are labeled "Update."

    If an update is available, tap Update.

    If more updates are available, tap Update all.

    Clearing cached data can free up needed space by removing temporary files. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again.

    To clear the cache for the app:

    Open your device's Settings app Settings app.

    Tap Apps & notifications.

    Tap the app. If you don't see it, first tap See all apps or App info.

    Tap Storage and then Clear cache.

    Here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,

    Make your device software auto update.

    Make your game app auto update.

    Don't open game when battery below 25%

    Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.

    Close all background running app before start this game.

    Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB

    Keep RAM free.

    Resetting your game progress for only 1 level is not beneficial for you, so I urge you to try that level again.
