Hi I just upgraded my phone but the game will not continue where I left it on my other phone i was on level 2430 and my new phone starts candy crush soda at level 4 please can you get me back to level 2430 on my new phone

Hi GIZMO40,

From what I have heard, you can't transfer your boosters or levels to another device? The storage on this, is with the device you are using. Keep in mind, I don't use smartphones for playing games, I use my Win 10 Pro - PC. Each device has its own, device ID, so that might be one reason.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

If you still have the same problem after doing this, show me screenshots of the game map from both devices.
