I was charged and not given the information

I expect a full refund. You charged my account many times.

I will report fraud if you seldom get it fixed. You kept saying no charge resubmit.

I should have a minimum of 20 refunded.

    There is a verification on ur side needed before it can be charged ... so did u click ok?

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game with the purchases!! You said you were charged multiple times!!! Are all those transactions made today itself OR did you miss to receive the purchased items before also?

    Whenever you have issues with your game purchase -- with money or Gold Bars, you will have to contact the "Player Support Team" immediately and send them a complaint. You can do so directly from your game through Settings icon ---> Purchases tab ---> Then scrolling down all the way where you see "Contact Us" tab OR through https://soporto.king.com/contact


    ** It is always better to go through the game itself. And here is how you fill the form:::

    After filling our your email address, etc., enter the TOPIC as "Problems with Purchase" ---> the SUB-TOPIC as "Purchased Items not Received" ----> Explain briefly about the issue and Submit the form.  NOTE:  Along with above details, make sure to enter the Game Name correctly!

    After sending the complaint, you will be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement.  If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to that automated email you have received.
