Problems with my KING account
I can't save progress of my games, because log in to my KING account is impossible (a hypothetical, but not correct, CONNECTION ERROR is reported). The problem has persisted for 6 months. Many customers, now disappointed by the lack of technical support, are uninstalling almost all KING game apps. I would like to avoid taking such a drastic measure. It would be a shame, since until a few years ago you were the best!

Yes the problem was reported but here are some tips for not/less facing this kind of problem in the future,
Make your device software auto update.
Make your game app auto update.
Don't open game when battery below 25%
Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
Close all background running app before start this game.
Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB
Keep RAM free.
Log out game before changing account password.
Crashing other apps on the device may result in damage to your game, So large sized apps should not be used on the same device.
However after reinstalling game app you should have resolved the issue. If the problem remains the same then please provide me some more information.
