lost friends
I'm playing on win 10 & for some reason I've lost my friends who have been replaced with animals veggies etc. so am not receiving lives. If I go back to facebook to play my friends are there for lives but have lost most of my boosters. Is there a fix for this?

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

I should have mentioned I cleaned my cache & restarted the game. I have even uninstalled & reinstalled with no difference. I've gone back to playing on facebook but win 10 is so much better.

I deleted the cache from my computer not win 10 app before I rebooted. The game is fine it's my friends that are missing. What is in their place is little animals & some people I don't know. Because of this the friends who used to send me lives are missing on win 10 but are still there on facebook although on facebook where you pass levels & win rewards my friends do not show up there like they used to only strangers.Since you aren't aware of who my friends are a screenshot wouldn't really help.

I was looking for a screenshot of your game map to understand what was causing the problem.
However, The main cause of your problem is slow internet. You can check through another internet connection.
Take a look at whether your levels are being synced to another device.

I think @Sukanta_Biswas may be right, it looks like you're connected to the Kingdom instead of to your Facebook account and need to reconnect to Facebook now.
