I saved progress with f.b.acct.on tablet. I logged out of f.b. and level 1 Cannot log in level 4615!

I use tablet to play. Player name is SnipperTheDude. I have no idea of the password. I saved my progress under facebook account...Demetrius Kasmari,husband, (Edit by CM: Personal Information) Because I am at level 4615, I only receive limited new levels each Friday. Those levels have not been coming through on tablet, SnipperTheDude, for several weeks. I logged out of facebook after reading that I could log back in. Can't do it. Now my purchase under facebook is not coming through to tablet. Folks, I have spent money here and would truly like you to help me fix my game issues. More than happy to give current password on tablet. User name SnipperTheDude password goldfish4+3 I don't run google, so no gmail on tablet. Please try to help me. I am a home health provider working limited hours with my elderly clients and game is stress relief, normally.

    I can log in on tablet to game, but had to start from level one and lost 2800+ lolli hammers as well as level 4615. I do not run google play on tablet so if I want to make a purchase, I use laptop, FB, and it used to transfer to tablet. It no loner does and I cannot log/edit my way back into FB settings account on my tablet. If it helps, user name is SnipperTheDude. thanks!

    Since you saved the game via Facebook, your game is protected and the game will be back in progress once you log in with Facebook. See below how you do it.

    If you still can't get the game progress back, that means your game has not been saved.

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your new account.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on! 

    It's important that you choose "Problems with my game" as your topic and "Game didn't save" as your subtopic.

    This is the hours I have on my old phone plus I had signed in for 789 straight days. When I transfered to my new phone I had none of my progress or hours. Yes I always save my progress on fb. I always sign it through fb but still my progress isn't on the new phone.

    @heymama25 Hi and welcome. Unfortunately boosters are stored on the device itself as are any perchases made and they are not transferable from one device to another has king does not have the process to do this. All that transfers over when you change devices is your Levels and gold bars.
