For 3 days now I have been unable to open my Candy Crush app. I have an IPhone 8 and have done all the troubleshooting via your FAQs section. Every app on my phone is working with the exception of Candy Crush. I recently updated all my apps and since that update the app won't open. I know this because it's the only app with the small blue dot next to it which indicates it has not opened since update. I don't want to delete and lose my level. If I do end up having to delete, how can I save my level? I realize my boosters will be lost, but at least I can save my process/level.

Hav u try restart ur phone?

n check latest version again?

n do u have more than 2GB of memory left???

I have shut phone down several times and restarted with no success. As for GB of memory, I have used 31GB of 64GB available, so there’s plenty of room left.
