    U don’t have connection n playing on offline mode... restart ur phone, update to latest version and try with wifi n data ...

    This may be a general temporary Internet issue. I'm asking you to check the steps below.

    Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

    I am not playing in offline mode. I did sign out and re start device and log back in. I don't know what you mean by " latest version" ? I am on level 2608 and don't want to start over! All other areas of the game are logged in as you can see by the screen shots I attached to my original question post. Just the daily board is not. I tried EVERTHING suggested and am still having the same issue. .???

    The latest version is whether your game app is up to date.😊

    Your game is connected to a server but your internet is not very strong, which is why you are experiencing this problem.

    The Internet is weak due to the curfew because everyone is using the Internet.

    My internet is slow even when nobody else is on it! Due to where I live on the mountains. I hate my slow internet but don't have a choice up here. I guess that makes sence though. Thanks
