I'm sorry you have a problem. Please check if you have a secure internet connection. Close and update your game and clear the cache and restart. If it does not help, please uninstall - reinstall - clear cache and restart. With the deinstalation, boosters and life can be lost. If you play on a cell phone, the boosters could be saved. If you can't solve the problem, please come back.
