why don't you let me use the boosters,

when I want to select the boosters that I have available they appear with a padlock that does not allow me to use them, only allows me the ball with sparks

Does it only happen on that level? Please bear in mind our developers may decide to lock some Boosters in particular levels if their use could make the level less fun and enjoyable. 😊
That doesn't mean your Boosters are lost- they show up on the next level.
