How can I tell what happened to my gold bars?

I just noticed that a lot of my gold bars are gone. In the past I know I’ve accidentally spent one or two but I know I had more than the 5 I am showing now. I’m just trying to figure out what these were spent on, or where I can look to see how they were spent.
