Do we know what the issue is with the game today - sorry if this has already been discussed but i'm a newbee and finding this community page difficult to navigate through -thanks

I'm having the same problem, was alright this morning but have not been able to access the game since. I receive the msg "you have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix, please try again in a moment". It's been quiet a few moments of trying but still not fixed.

Game was fine earlier today. Now doesn't show the "lollipops" or "gloves" I have paid for.
