The above screen will not allow me to do anything but retry.

This level didn't record my score.

    Hello @not_important Really sorry you had this issue. As a matter of fact I had a similar issue. The icons of the map are covering the candies, so you can’t see what to do and you lose the level.

    I am tagging our CMs @Lola_Pop and @LadyRaffie , maybe they can report or ask the studio about this problem. Because it is the weekend so we have to wait when they’re back in the office. (Also showing my screenshot of this issue)

    I am tagging the CMs @Lola_Pop and @LadyRaffie again. Can you please take a look at this? I have the same problem, it happened multiple times now. You always will lose the level, because you are not able to see the whole field and it is very annoying!

    Yes, already did all trouble shooting. This isn’t happening the whole time, it’s just now and then (at least for me).

    I think that King has a great team. They did fix prior bugs almost instantaneously (within one day).

    I just wanted them to be aware of these. I know they fix them quickly.
