Why have my paid for boosters vanished?
I paid for the $5.99 package and had not used the boosters as yet. Now I find today as I started to play they have vanished?
They were there this morning and I have not played again until now.
I don’t appreciate paying for boosters etc then finding them gone. This also includes the three ‘help’ ones one the playing page ( lollipop, striped lollipop and hand)

In the case of Phone, your collected booster is stored in phone memory. This stored booster can not be synced with the server, because the game studio still does not have this process.You will not be able to transfer the boosters to another device, you will lose the complete booster for app uninstalling or crashing.
Since you purchased the boosters you need to contact our Player Support.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
