Teams/Why so quiet

Well it's been quiet in here last couple days and no comments or answers from the teams as to what's going on. How's our issues and features going that a lot of us still don't have since before easter.

A lot of us have gave our user id's to you's to help us out weeks ago.... then I personally been told to contact customer support email way.. I will not tag names and a couple helpers I has names but you know who you are.

Is customer support email fixed yet? Can I/we try them again? Are we gonna get blank reply emails back. Did they even get our simple help questions we we wanted them to fix in our account like email addresses etc that we cannot alter by ourselves and must contact support to do so?

Things seemed to been quiet these last couple days.... what's up???

Well I tried contacting customer support again and this time I got an automated reply about a help section about LIVES.... lmao!!! It was nothing I discussed about the issues I been having. So I am assuming customer support email is still broken......?
