Bubblegum hill - not receiving lollipops
This happened to me last week where the game didn’t give me my rewards. I complained and eventually received the lollipops but same thing just happened today. What is going on? Never used to have problems before. Please look into this issue because it appears to be an ongoing problem in the game. I also did a hard reset and it still didn’t deliver the rewards.

This could be a problem if your game app is not up to date or if your game is not fully connected to the server.
Even slow internet is one of the causes of this problem.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
