I'm sorry if you have a problem. When you enter your email address, you will be prompted to enter your password and underneath forgot your password. There you go and get an email. It may be that you have to log in again and therefore have to take a new password. I hope this helps!!

Go to log in menu - Enter your email - Forgot Password - Enter your email again - Send.
You will get a password reset link and you can change the password by clicking on it.
