As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Be careful what you complain about. I complained about bubble gum hill not giving me my hammers and I haven’t had it come up on the weekends since. That was a month ago
Another not so fun weekend for this game. Tired of waiting and waiting for lives and team members to actually complete a task. Bubblegum hill was my favorite part of the game. So not happy another weekend of boredom.

I believe that the idea is to keep BGH down as so many people are out of work and also bored. This way they are hoping we will spend money we don't have in order to keep playing.

It is super frustrating right now. I’ve played since day one. I have never purchased anything. I earn all my lollipops and bars with bubblegum hill. I have gotten BGH twice in the last week but only for a few hours. My husband hasn’t had BGH in months. I sure hope they figure it out soon. Whatever “it”is. 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️❣️
The issue is that they don't know that to be true. If you are just hypothesizing possible things that could be slowing down the process it isn't actually an answer. Maybe one of the technicians was hit by an asteroid?
@sonny411j they could explain that to us if this would be the case!!! I am at Level 3542 without Gold and Boosters and I want at least an explanation why there are no events challenges or any other extra to earn Boosters and Gold
Perhaps King should stop moderators from falsely claiming we don't have game features because the technicians have coronavirus. This is an outrageous claim.

I was off a bit on the *Star Count for *The Noble & Royal Path, because didn't know till I played, the *King Studio changed it. So here it is corrected, with a brief game plan for you.
You do not need *New Levels to play *The Noble & Royal Path. It is easier to play it, if you have *New Levels, because replaying old levels, can only get you 1 or 2 *Stars.
Not a bad deal, for all the *Boosters you get. Suggest you use the *Timed Boosters, on the *New Levels release day, which is on *Fri. for *Soda, if you are at, the end of the *Soda Map!
Suggest you do *Free Side 1st, then unlock *Premium / The Royal Path, then *Claim / Collect it all. Just be sure to get it all, before *Timer Expires. In my case *The Noble & Royal Path ends in 6d 22h!
As far as *BGH / *3 Level Release goes. This is harder to assess. Because it depends on how much *Gold you spent if any, & how much *Gold you got back. Clearly if you bought *Energy for *25 Gold Bars, but got only *1 Gold Bar back, then it is a losing position. But if you didn't buy any *Energy, & got *12 / 20 Gold Bars, then you are ahead.
So it is about procedure & when you play it.
Once you do those things, you have *Boosters. Use them on doing:
By using these *Mini / Side Games, using the Clock, you are getting it all to work for you, thereby increasing your *Booster / Gold Count for any problems you might have on the higher harder levels.

Hello @Crazyforfun Congrats on getting so much GOLD 😁😍 Remember you are only able to collect 50 gold bars max from now until May 3rd.
It takes a freaking 20 hours to replenish the energy...but waited to.play...the 3rd levels was impossible so had to buy 5 moves with 10 gold bars...after I've finished and sat on the throne...guess what....it lasted 1 minute and....needless to say....got 1 gold bar👹🥵👺😡. BGH has fallen from sublime to ridiculous.....
I never get any energy replenished, is that normal?
@angelgirl If you're playing for the first time, either you have to buy energy or play levels and collect stars which accumulate energy in Noble Path
Thanks for that, do you mean if I am playing this awful, ridiculous, insane, stupid, crazy version of BHG for the first time and not the actual game which I have been playing for years? This BGH version is a total insult and shows that they are not thinking clearly about giving the player a positive experience. They are trying to find ways to limit the damage that BGH has caused to their bottom line by being so popular but they are not thinking long term and finding creative ways around it that will encourage people to continue supporting the game, but instead they are turn their customers away.

On my noble path, I have to get 12 stars for each level. It used to be 5 stars. Is that the same with you?
I ques Studio try now new staff. Like energy and rewards and how many levels and how hard ones..
1st version was the best. Can do it hill over and over and over again.
Was very one when on the game was a player who did that over and over too..
Now, can do only one time /day, for free. Cant drop anyone and be King on the hill again.
I have only 30 open levels what to do and i not want do them today and wait to friday ( new levels). So whos are end on the map this one time /day vs over and over times = now at weekend are bored. Time to stop playing?!

I have had the same amount of charge I was given which is 50/100 since it began days ago. What a rip off!
The prize has gotten a bit better now. A striped lolly has been added. Now 5 levels. Edit it's 4 levels. Just passed the very difficult 4th jam level by setting up a colourball/colourbomb combo with a lolly. But at least I gained a striped lolly.
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
