As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

The Facebook page says to check for an update (posted one hour ago by the page) and details of when bgh is returning... I can’t find any update at all
Are we gonna have bgh this weekend or are we getting screwed again. I spent 16.99 last Thursday night so I could play bgh and it never appeared. Your inept tech department for some reason takes a month or so to fix little problems
2 weekends ago I had an issue with King taking away my purchased boosters that I bought to play bubblegum hill, I had messaged about this then my messages were ignored. Last weekend I purchased booster to play bubblegum hill only to find there was NO bubblegum hill and you didn't announce this fact until after the hill was due to appear, i'm so angry with King right now, I feel I've been duped, i'm always having issues like this with my purchased boosters pffff!
So, will it be up this weekend?
Last week I used up my boosters expecting to be able to replace them using BGH, surprise!

During Covid, it was also released for 3 days of play v.s the standard 2 days(weekend). Will this continue, the 3 days ?
I still would like to see the time change. The literal timing of the game here, PST, is 11:30pm Thursday night and stopping 72 hrs later. Long ago it started the time frame was 3 hours earlier. I guess I could move to Hawaii.....lol

I would not know @deb0407 . I didn't get the popup that @Pitty_Kitty did. So I don't expect to see BGH in my game today. I think the troll shows up at some point in your game and isn't tied to a specific time. Only thing I can advise is to check your game. Maybe today @Pitty_Kitty can tell you when the troll showed up in her game.

I just got BGH , at last. It needs 50 energy to play and it has 3 tiers. Rewards not so great either.

Well, I'm not, really. I was especially annoyed after my 1st brief win when it erased all my energy I slowly and painfully earned in the past events so I could play a 2nd round of BGH from scratch 😠

@Gumyupawpaw It is so so so disappointing to see what they did to our beloved BGH. I loved the first version. I was hooked. Now they just butcher it over and over. So sad to see ☹️

You are right @simplyP , we used to get a 5 tiers BHG and rewards were good, at least with 6 pink hammers etc, but now , only one pink hammer and the other rewards are are not that great either. When I get the gold bar, I usually get one or two. With 3 tiers BGH, people can finish the game pretty soon, hence only one or two goldbars reward.
Ah well, that makes my day @simplyP I loved the old BGH, have given my feedback numerous time. So if the Studio decides this new BGH with lots of energy to use and keep repeating the same levels it’s not that bad anymore I don’t have it. The old BGH was great, every week other challenges, 6 hammers! and in the very old days many GB.
Well again, try to enjoy, I don’t think we’ll get BGH back like we used to 😑

If you read my comments in the previous page, you can see although I got BGH, it us only a 3 tiers hill, and the rewards are not great either. It’s not worth having it.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
