As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Absolutely, apart from what you say about the little rewards, let me tell you, I have a few devices, only one device has BGH. When second set of BGH appeared ( today), there are 4 tiers, not that difficult, but still need boosters to complete. The rewards are the same. Therefore if you don’t have BGH, you haven’t miss much.
For those who didn’t get BGH, don’t feel bad. This version is far from the original. First, you get 100 energy, 50 energy to play. If you ran out, then it will take up to 10 hours to refill 🙄. Yes, that is right 10 hours for 2 tries. Second, there are 3 levels, 3rd level is almost impossible to pass without using boosters. Not just 1 booster. Multiple! Third, gold bars are always welcome, but it it seems less than before. Felt like I should get more waiting 🤷♂️ Only useful booster you get is just 1 little hammer. 1 hammer instead of 6.

This is what I was replying to…., “The hoops” so to speak. More than just updating and clearing cache.
As far as the House rules go, I never even knew they existed and I just read them and don’t think I’ve violated them in any way.
I just expressed my thoughts like everyone else which I would think is the definition of a conversation and purpose of this community forum.

An updated version is a reasonable ask, but I haven’t had BGH in ages, a year maybe? I’ve lost track 🙄
I only log in to CCSoda daily to get the booster. Game isn’t fun anymore and this bogus new version of BGH isn’t worth my time even “IF” I were to even get BGH which I haven’t gotten in ages 🙄
Many have asked asked for the “Original Version” back and it apparently just falls on the deaf ears of “The Studio”……🤪🤪🤪 they’re useless!

@Nix66 it was most certainly not my intention to be rude, it is merely frustration at feeling such excitement and hope at getting a very loved game back only to then feel let down.
I know I speak for many when I say that it has been a very hard year we have all been through. I myself have lost 7 family members including my dad and maybe sometimes I may tend to be abrupt as I feel that getting to the point saves a lot of time. But it may be misinterpreted as being rude, but I am not a rude person... sad lately yes, but rude, definitely not my intention. So I apologise if it came across that way.
I have the latest iPhone and I have an older iPad both have plenty of memory and are up to date with the software. As many of us are having the same issue I don't feel it is a hardware or software issue on my end as I have no problem receiving all the other games that come and go. I could be wrong through.

I do however strongly believe that promises made should be promises kept.
I am not the only one who excluded from receiving BGH and everything you have mentioned has been followed, but sadly to no avail.
Yes logged in and out, game updated... nothing.
Moderators should not make promises that are untrue and then not explain what happened.
It is unfair and discriminatory behaviour on the part of King.

I really fee guilty having BGH whilst so many people haven’t got it. Sorry folks, did you try logout and log back in, or check your game update

I've not got it either. I've rebooted a million times, played.a million levels but still nothing..BGH is for only select few. I'm not the fortunate one
I thought we were all getting BGH. This is disappointing. It has been so long. Is there a reason some got it and others did not?
Would you please be so kind as to tell me how we will ALL get Bubblegum Hill from 22 Dec, because it is nowhere to be found and my game is updated.

That was the promise, but it isn't what many of us are experiencing.
Why not give everyone the same access? I don't understand this selective discrimination of who gets and who does not get.
It used to be the excuse about "testing"... but no one really bought that. And rightly so because had that been true then the game would have been reinstated by now. But that never was on the cards because the real reason was trying to find ways to make it less lucrative for players and instead it only became less desirable.
So here we are at a stalemate where no one enjoys playing the game in its present form and the studio standing firm on not giving players the old version that is loved. That has left us more salty than sweet.
So when you promise that everyone will get your watered down uninspired version, at least let that be the case for everyone.
In my game, if it appeared after playing any level, BGH along with the Royal Path.

You NEVER listen to us, you come up with excuses as to why things are gone, yet some people end up having them, so they must still work. Games are a dime a dozen any more. Customer Service is what keeps players loyal to a game and you are SERIOUSLY lacking that aspect. The company does NOTHING for PC users. I wish everyone changes their rating of you in the mobile store!!!

Last weekend beginning Friday, bubblegum hill was available until Sunday. Why isn’t it being offered yesterday or today? I assume it won’t be available tomorrow either.
Please bring the game back. I rely on the six hammers and gold bars. Not to mention it’s fun.

I can’t believe BGH is offline AGAIN. Why can’t upgrades be done during the week. As many have posted, during this time of isolation, there is so little to look forward to. Die hard BGH fans deserve more and better treatment. Please get it together
What “technical issues” is it suffering from? Until this past Tuesday I have had BGH in my game every single day for years and it always operated correctly. The only issue I have ever had was last week(after it was removed from many other players other than myself) when one time it didn’t reward me the 6 hammers. Why must the “studio” constantly tamper with things that are running smoothly and are popular with players? I hope this game isn’t going the way of vanilla CCS where Activision has completely screwed players out of almost every beneficial feature that game had.
