As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?

Same here. Glad not to have to deal with all chocolate levels. The energy thing doesn't bother me. Will be nice to be able to stock up on lollies again. They're certainly needed for the new levels where some seem impossible to pass without lollies even with a colourball/colourbomb start.
I got bgh again today. And this time its not the chocolate one! Its the original bgh but with energy ofcourse.
Bring back the original bubblegum hill.

My Christmas Wish..I hope King Studio threats all the players the same. We all should be enjoying all the features no just some. No more testing group A-B (or Z)
True that @Gumyupawpaw some players really need to show some gratitude! And no this is not targetted to anyone specifically but look around you'l find some who still don't have any features. That's still sad!

Sorry, I can’t tell you @Origins7_Dale . I had once the energy BGH long time ago and can’t remember how long it takes. But maybe @ipete or @ElenaVorona can tell.

I can't say on how long it takes to recharge "Energy", but either @ipete or @Yosca or @ElenaVorona might know?
Can say, in the:
The 1st Reward is "Free". On the 1st quest, after the free reward, there is a 50 "Energy Reward" listed in it. Also, when I got (BGH) got 100 "Energy" + the 50 I won above, for 150 total.
Haven't run out of "Energy" yet, so have no Time Reference for you. Cost 10 "Energy" to play.

isn’t that really slow..? My energy never goes beyond 25😔

If a studio appreciates the work of community experts, it can make an exception)).
There is no need to create groups for each new event. This is silly of course.
We need only one group, which will include active community experts (and not those who are only called experts, and we do not even know their names). List of identifiers that will be given access to all new events in the game. It would be nice if experts had access to these new features even earlier than other players.
Thus, the experts will get acquainted with the new function, understand the nuances, and give more useful comments to us.
The studio will also benefit, because it will receive an excellent team of free, but very motivated testers, who may give the studio more useful information than the in-house testers.
Now you see we can’t influence it. Game expert or not, it’s just how the Studio decides. And I was told groups are not manually formed. So no BGH, no Frosty Festival. Bummer 🤷♀️

Nice grab there my friend. First time I have seen that much. I did like in the 30's 3x. But, don't be fooled here. We are getting these amounts, because as you mentioned, there are not enough players yet. Once this is fixed to King's satisfaction, & it gets released to "All" the players, the problem will be, getting back in.
That was my complaint, many months ago. Won 1 Gold Bar, tried to get back in, took forever. Even at a 5 min. wait, it adds up quickly. For example, 6x at 5 mins., is a 30 min. wait, or loss, if you have won "Timed Boosters", & they are running. Have suggested before, we should have a way to stop the clock, until the player chose to use them.
Earlier, had to close the game, to get back in. The (BGH) wouldn't reset, after being paid, everything still checked off, so couldn't play.

Hehehe, it was awesome! But the downside is I had to wait over 3-4 hours to play again. Nobody wanted to overthrow me. 😂 Sorry, I shouldn’t complain. I ❤️ it. 😁

Ditte, I agree. I don't care for 5 levels of the same objective. Before they stopped BGH this last time, It was 5 levels of the bubblegum. It's much better when they mix it up. Also don't care for the energy. Before I could rack up hours of free playing time and bars of course. I guess that's why they changed it lol...
yes, I know I don't like it either. I have been living here on this discussion since they took it off line. 🙄 I think jimmythekid will tell us how many weeks.🤣🤣🤣 but I love that we all keep posting our frustration. what the studio is doing is not fair to us at all.
We should ignore this game the same way they ignore us. If we stop playing the fix will be find faster.
I'd love to ignore this soda game. Then I find myself keep coming back do check on my mr toffees fair teammates to see if they ever will come back and play their tiles.😡😡😡 anyway I do play a lot less now. Boring w/o BGH.
Agreed. I play a lot less. Found myself going to Words with Friends again. They keep up with their levels, new challenges, making the game fun and interesting! This has just become a bore. Especially when I finish all the levels and Bubble Gum Hill is gone. Playing old levels over is ridiculous.
17 weeks now people and the ace tech team is still working on it. We pick 2 days and everyone dosen't play for those 48 hours watch how fast it comes back

Please remember that the people you're asking questions of don't actually work for King, they're just players like us who have a channel to King that we don't. If King tells them something, they'll relay it to us, I'm sure they're as fed up with this as we are.
Knock King sure, they've been unreasonable on this one, but please don't get annoyed with those trying to help.
To those who say this is King deliberately removing BGH, they're quite capable of doing just that (remember Quests?). I believe they're trying to fix BGH, the delay is simple incompetence - just as well the developers work for a game company and not for a bank or suchlike! 😊
hi @Bricorn I agree with you on the delay of BGH is incompetent and I do blame the studio. They're greedy in my opinion. Yes, I remember the quests, that was fun to play. 😭 I just hope when BGH returns, it will be better than before. But from what I've seen all their updates, I have my doubts.

I just contacted the studio hoping to get bubblegum hill for the 4th weekend, and they said we haven't milked everyone for enough money yet

Thanks for responding but I would like a less vague answer on how long do they need to know if the trial worked or not. Are we talking days, weeks, months?
Maybe if the developers spent more of their time fixing what wasn't previously broken as opposed to "... working on a new and exciting event …" there would be an overall decrease in the verbal hostility expressed towards the CRs/studio/developers etc.

I'm so sorry. Then you are not in this test group. Or try playing another level and it still comes. Sometimes it's a time delay. If you have reached the end of the trip. You can only open and close and at some point it can still come.

1- update the game
2- close it if it was open in background
3- start it again
but seems that they limited how many times you will play it by decreasing no. Of competitors in your group and also add this energy bar which i didn’t know its effect yet as i won from first trial
