As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird ๐ค I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH ๐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH ๐ . But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Hey thanks for bringing back Bubblegum Hill - but 5 chocolate levels was brutal, and got a bit boring after a while. I played I won then didn't get my hour play - nor did I win any gold bars. I appreciate the attempt, but can we be a bit more creative in your levels next time

@Yosca yeah I thought i was gonna walk away with a lot of gold and plenty of hammers. Fooled me. I needed the hammers to get thru level 5. Can't wait to the next one...excited to see what's in store.
You were lucky then @Recey ๐. Iโve been dethroned a couple of times and every time I won 1 gold haha. But I agree this last level of BGH wasnโt beatable without using many hammers or other boosters. I was hoping Iโd win more gold ๐.
Yeah this is the hardest bgh I've ever played. So frustrating yet such a challenge. I too had help yet still only passed a handful of times over the weekend and I do mean only ONE handful. The only problem is cause it's so hard I could be reigning for a long time and still only win 7gold bars or one time I reigned for hours and only got 8. With the past bgh I woulda got at least 20 gold bar with that time frame of reign. Glad to see the game...challenge exhausted me.
I had BGH for about 17 hours this weekend. In all that time I managed to beat it once. I had double fish and a colouring candy on the 5th level and STILL needed a couple of hammers to beat it. Never got close to beating the last level without loads of boosters.
I also noticed that when I did beat it the past rulers list was empty!!
This means that out of my whole group I was the ONLY one to beat it in over a day.
This version is too hard. Time for a rethink as the whole point of the game is to win hammers.

I got exactly 4 hours of bbh yesterday. What's with you people? Do I have to wait another month now? What's going on. Give us a schedule now. And all chocolate is boring. Who's bright idea was this.

And it's boring playing chocolate for every level and also the 5th level is impossible even with boosters. I won't be wasting any more money trying to complete this game
To my surprise, I had BGH this evening, it says I have 17 hours left. Too good to be true, it lasted for an hour and it disappeared again, I tried log out and log back in again, it never came back, trust my luck.

@Lola_Pop I mean no disrespect, as i know you have nothing to do with developing the game, but that's a bunch of crap. @King Games is fully capable of releasing bubblegum hill to ALL players on the weekends, they just choose not to. It has nothing to do with "marketing" or finding out what works best. It has to do with them not wanting to lose too much money by letting everyone win free boosters and gold all weekend. I've played alot of online/app games and I can say with certainty I've never heard of a developer making certain features only available to select players.
As a long time player (since the beginning) I deeply regret wasting so much money on this game, especially when the developers say "welp, screw you", every chance they get.
Absolutely ridiculous....

I do feel sorry for you, and yes I have the emoticon ๐ but I am not that mad. I just feel sad and last weekend I only had it irregular in 2 hours and was able to get 3 times the throne. Nevertheless I feel sorry for all of you who havenโt seen BGH for a long time now.
Donโt have it this week and did not have it last week. They simply donโt give it to players who reach higher levels. My husband who is way behind me has it.
Have you try taking the device away from your husband? Log in to his device? Have him play something else. Or maybe have him clean the garage or something useful? ๐๐๐

I donโt have BGH this weekend. Didnโt have it last weekend either. I was at the highest level until the new levels today. Maybe the higher level players donโt get it. Donโt know how it is decided. So I wonโt be playing very much this week again.

Not all players get this event. It is a test function and therefore only selected groups of players get it. You're probably not there this time. Please always keep your game up to date with updates and empty cen cache. Then you are already on the safe side.
