I am so sorry to hear that you have not received the items you have purchased!
Why? ---> It has been happening to more than few players in the past week and we can blame the "Internet Traffic" for this particular issue. The number of people using internet has drastically increased due to work from home / no work, so all the load is on the internet -- which is understandable.
But, you do not have to worry at all that you have not received any of your purchased items. They will reach you for sure, but a bit delayed, I can say!!
You can either wait for one more day or you can send a complaint to the King Player Support Team and send a complaint. But, by the time you hear back from them, your Gold bars will be in your game 😃
So, if you still would like to send a complaint to be on safe side, here is what you need to do::
Go to Settings (the Blue Cog wheel icon) -- Then click on ? (the question mark) -- Go to "Purchases & Gold Bars option -- check if your issue is found in the given list. If not, scroll all the way down and click on "Contact Us" -- Fill out the form that pops-up.
Once you send your complaint, you will receive an automated email as an acknowledgement. Please give them 3-5 days to hear back from the Support Team. If you still did not get any reply by then, please do send a reply to that automated email and inform them that you are still waiting for your missing items.
