Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Please close your game. Update it, clear cache and restart. If it doesn't work right away, close it and leave it there for 10-15 minutes and restart it. Sometimes it is time delay
