I have been using this game for some time in the past but inadvertently logged out of my game. I am not on Facebook and cannot seem to get access to my previous activity. I reinstalled the app but it has gone back to the start. Can anyone please tell how I can re-access my old game?

If u didn’t secure ur progress using email for king account ... or using Facebook... then all is lost ...

If you are unable to access your old Facebook, then your game progress is lost but you don't have to despair because you will definitely get your levels back. You need to connect the game through a Facebook or Kingdom account. ( Of course you can create a new Account)

First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.

Then head over to the Settings in the game and Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page. Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you and manually restore the levels.

Please remember to mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away. 😊
