Refri Challenge

I scored 237 Soda Squad points and received only 10 gold bars. Because?

This is wrong.

    Hello @Angela_Bouças Hearty Welcome Back to our wonderful King Community 🤗

    How this challenge worked is -- the Team will count the points we have earned in a certain period of time. In this case, it was from May 28th (or 29th) to June 3rd 6 pm (European time).

    The points we have earned in between those 7 days ONLY will be counted towards the goal. So, even-though you have earned more than 200 points, it was not counted as those points are the "total points" you have earned for your Squad team.

    Oh! To add more to what I said above @Angela_Bouças

    If our Squad team starts another race while this contest is going on, those points also won't be counted towards the challenge.

    This is my personal experience.... I have collected more than 90 points in our previous race and it ended some time on Sunday or so! Then in the new race, I have earned 120+ points, but I have collected the Bronze prize!

    I think it will be more clear now, on why you have earned the Silver prize but not the Gold!

    At the end of soda race it said you've won 50 gold.bars but these have not been awarded? Seems a lot of people are having the same issues. It's very discouraging when you've participated for 12 days and no award even though the bar was full. Please advise. Thank you.

    Lately it has been difficult for any player to be right about the complaints caused by failure in the challenges.

    I reiterate that the points were obtained within the mentioned period and that I should have received 50 gold bars and not 10.

    But I won't be bored with Candy Crush Soda anymore.

    The absurd strategy of taking Bubblegum Hill is enough for the company to gain more access to its forum and more money with games.

    Do not forget that players can reach such a level of annoyance and abandon their games.

    Also, thank you for informing me that you have collected all the needed points within the given time period.

    I will escalate this issue to our Community Manager and ask them on what to do... whether they can solve it OR whether you will have to contact the Player Support team.

    But, they will be back only on Monday as they are off for the weekend. In the mean time, can you please give me your game user ID number?

    Since you are playing on a mobile device -- Click on the "Settings" (the Blue cog wheel), then click on the "King icon" -- now your profile screen appears! Here, double click on the "King" emblem and your ID number will appear. (It is completely safe to post your number here. as it can be accessed only by the King team).

    Sorry! Forgot to mention... the Soda team did not take away the "Bubble Gum Hill" event. They stopped the event temporarily to appear in our games due to some technical difficulties.

    If you remember, the reason for this is that Troll is causing some issues with the event... either he would not give the Lollipops or to some the unlimited lives or to some, the Gold Bars won't be rewarded! They are trying to fix it completely and send into our games again.

    He will be back definitely, but not sure when 😮 😶
