Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Because, the way to get "refund" is a little bit different depending on the device we are using!

To request the refunds that are made on Apple devices, you will have to contact the "Apple Support" team, as they would like to handle any and all "refund" transactions directly.
I think, you should be able to do that through App store. But, please do let me know if you need further assistance.
NOTE: Jennifer, can you please delete the screenshot you have provided above? Since this is a public forum, it is better not to post any info that is confidential or personal.
To EDIT your post -- You will see a cog-wheel at the top right corner of your above comment (just top of this comment) -- click on that and you will see an option of "EDIT" -- click on it and the comment will be open for you to change the comment or to delete any contents.

OK! I will request our Soda Community Manager to help us out and delete the information (the pics) you have posted above.
Just a note for future purposes... you will only need the "Proof of Purchase" to show the Support Technicians -- whether Apple OR King 👍️
Since, this is a Forum and we are only here to help / guide you with certain issues, you do not have to show any proofs for us, especially the Purchase proofs as they contain very "sensitive and important information" (Did it make sense?)
Did you contact the Apple Support? How did it go?
