Paid 50 gold for noble promo

I paid the 50 gold for all the items in the noble ? Promo. Something glitched and received none of the items and my gold is gone. The walk ends in about an hour. Would you please either credit the items or my gold. I logged out, reset, and nothing. Thanks. Michelle Lord
