Hello @ripley1939 and welcome to our Sodalicious Community. You said you have been playing via your King account. Did you recently change to a new device? Since you have been playing with your King.com account your levels can be restored by Player Support.
Please click on the link here and follow the instructions. You will need to provide your user ID# - You can find out how to get your game ID# here. It is the weekend so please be patient. If you haven't heard anything by Monday afternoon please post in a comment below and I will try and help you further.

If you have a game saved either through your Facebook or King account.
The option to save the game via Facebook is offered immediately upon opening the game application. It's very simple, just make sure to link the game to the correct Facebook account! If you prefer to play connected to King, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
