If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

I’ve bought the 20 extra minutes four times in the last two days and it isn’t giving it to me. When my lives are over it asks me to buy an extra twenty minutes again when I’ve already purchased it.

I have the same problem.....purchased extra moves with gold bars.....got the moves but not the 20 extra minutes of play time!!! happenned 2 or 3 times recently!!!!!!!!
