Level advancement

I completed level 3270 and did not advance , I paid for extra lives and did complete that level. This Is not the first time that this has happen but I feel like I’m be cheated

Hello @Leggs8 and welcome to our Sodalicious King Community. I am so sorry that happened to you and can understand your frustration. What type of device are you playing on and what is the make and model? Have you checked to make sure you have the latest update of the game? Also try clearing your cache and then turn your device off for at least 15 seconds and then turn it back on. Sometimes that can clear up a temporary glitch. If you still cannot advance to the next level please let me know and I will bring this up to one of the CMs, but they will also need your player ID#.

Have you checked to make sure you have the latest game update? Also try clearing the cache, then shutting down your device for at least 15 seconds, then restarting it. Sometimes it can remove a temporary defect
