Need some help on how to get more levels on Windows app

Hello,

I am using Windows app and there is a painting sign at level 4930 for a few months.The sign informs that soon the game will continue, but it doesn't. I've reinstalled ccss and logged in on facebook to retrieve my progress- still the same.

Could some technician or someone else explain to me what's going on,please?. Is there any way that my ccss start again?.

I'm not using English everyday,but I'll appreciate every helpfull information. Thanks.
