What is up with the graphics?
What is up with the graphics? For about a week now, when I try to play the game it goes to a screen with weird graphics, no pictures just weird color blocks, and I am unable to play this. I have had this in the past, and logging in from a different browser fixed this, now all the browsers have this trouble. Frustrated!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Are you seeing "Pink" blocks as the back-ground? There were few complaints about it in past few weeks, but I don't think that I have not seen any this week! Let me check and get back to you.
In the mean time, can you please show me a screenshot of that blocks, to make sure that you and I are talking about the same thing?

@julies7This a graphics issue i sometimes get on win 10 app and i just have to restart my game happens when i switch between applications and leave game for a while. as you are playing via a browser, i would clear your internet cache / History and log out and restart your device, then log back in and let us know if this fixes your problem or if it still exists.

I have done all the suggestions given here. I have done the deleting the cache, cookies, etc. Logged out and restarted the game, and still have that horrid pink screen. Any other suggestions? Not having any problems on any of the other facebook games, just Candy Crush Soda, the one I like to play.

Whether I sign on through Chrome or Edge ...It logs me in, I click on my level, start screen appears. It then says loading then the Pink block shows up then it tries loading again .... then the screen is all distorted with a rainbow of colors!! I've cleared cache, deleted browsing history etc. etc ... still nothing!! Does this have anything to do with FlashPlayer coming to an end???
