Why is it that I continuously never receive any perks. I load and reload and never get the rainbow, golden tickets? Every single time this happens. This is a serious glitch in your gaming system. Please help this situation. Thank you.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

    If you have problems with the game or some errors, try to log out and then log in or delete the internal storage memory and the temporary data memory for the game. Try to link your game to Facebook and make sure you connect to a network with strong coverage to ensure that the Internet does not fluctuate
