Playing on different devices

I got a new iPad and transferred all my apps but after having hundreds of days in a row my daily is back to day one every time I switch devices. I’m at the same level on both devices.

Yes, it happens when you switch devices because the daily Log in feature is given for each device and not for each Player ID. That means You will not receive the same Log In rewards if you log in the New Device. Also, You will not get boosters of old device into new device as Boosters are stored in Device memory and not online.

Daily Calendar has reset to Day 1? but don't worry! You will continue to receive daily rewards the same as before. 

The only difference is the number of days in a row your calendar will display.

There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in etc. 

Though your Daily Calendar progress cannot be restored, you can keep collecting and enjoying your rewards every day!

I wish the studio would makes something like a suitcase for the boosters so you can move them from old device to new device. That might be tooooooo much to ask.

Hi there, I agree with Abhinavsagar. If your game is still working properly, just continue playing and maybe you can also refer to some online video tutorials to pass level without booster 😊

Hey there, your suggestion sounds legit and may be workable if you can elaborate further. You can create a poll to get feedback from players on this in the discussion area...if the response is positive, it may trigger CMs to review it and propose to King team for change?
