No longer getting magic lollipops

I only get one or 2 bits and then they go down slowly the more times I play the same level, why am I no longer getting full ones/all of the bits to collect to get a full one to help me when I'm struggling?

    I am sorry you experience the pieces come irregular. More players, and so do I, have noticed the same 😔. We have a main thread about this feature where you can give your feedback HERE. For me it’s been a long time I got a full Lolly. So please give your feedback to. All info will be reported to the studio.

    Yes, the 3rd piece is very hard to get. Time always runs out and then I'm back with ZERO piece. Now I just ignore it all together.

    Check app update> logout> restart device and wait 5 minutes after launch> open game and log in. Please clear the cache. Just play a level and you can be there. Sometimes it is time delay. Also try registering login from google
