how do I resolve some issues I am having with Candy Crush Soda Saga
I am having a problem where I can't advance to the next level after I finish a level. I have to restart the game. Also, when I load the game it doesn't always bring me to the last level that I last finished. It will bring me back to Level 1. I am playing through Facebook on a Dell PC, Windows 10, using Google as my internet provider. Do you have any suggestions or ideas why this is happening, and how to fix it? Thank you, Anita B.

@anitab228 Hi and welcome, First thing to try is clear the internet browser cache /history and log out and restart your device. then log back in see if this improves your problem. If this does not try a different internet browser again see if it helps with your problem.
I have found with this game i have less problems with the windows 10 app of the game which you can download from the microsoft store, this may be your best option.
